How do I redeem my e-prescription?
There are two ways to request your activation code:
- It's best to ask your doctor's office directly for a paper printout of your e-prescription (also known in Germany as "Papiertoken" or "Patientenausdruck"). If you've already left the office, simply give them a call. The team can easily issue the document for you afterwards.
- Alternatively, you can choose the fully digital route. Just pick whichever method works best for you.
