Bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care across Hamburg and Lower Saxony, Dr. Meiners has a deeply rooted background in mental health. Beyond her clinical work specializing in personality and trauma-related disorders at the Asklepios Klinik Ochsenzoll, she most recently directed the outpatient clinic at MVZ VT-Falkenried. Her extensive expertise spans the clinical evaluation of complex conditions and treatment pathways, complemented by advanced qualifications in schema therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

This robust clinical foundation allows her to meticulously evaluate medical content and digital therapeutics—ensuring they are evidence-based, fully compliant with medical guidelines, and therapeutically sound.

Since autumn 2022, she has also acted as a medical advisor for GAIA, driving the clinical validation of medical texts. Her approach seamlessly bridges clinical precision with a profound understanding of what modern, guideline-driven patient care requires.
